Title: Top Banana ***
Zany platform game which looks awful in screenshots but has a peculiar charm when you play it - the parallax scrolling is essential to its playability since otherwise everything would blend into the background. Far too hard, however, and lack of passwords mean that noone could possibly complete it - merely getting to the second set of levels (out of four) is a feat in itself.

Lovely graphics, brilliant music, great characterisation and fun gameplay lead to one of the most enjoyable games available. Will run on Risc PC with fix from
Alex Card's web site, or use the version on the March 1997 Acorn User coverdisc. 200th issue Acorn User CD contained improved version, with background colours and some music fixes.
