VICE, short for 'Versatile Commodore Emulator', emulates not just one Commodore machine but several - the Commodore 64, Commodore 128, CBM2, PET and VIC20 to be precise. You need at least a StrongARM with 16Mb of RAM to run this emulator at a useful speed, and be warned that it's a 2Mb download!

This is an early beta release so there's currently no front-end and it's not using the latest Windows source, but it's still definitely worth trying out! According to David this is a port of one of the two best Commodore Plus 4 emulators.
